PraiseFrom our customers:
"After reviewing a variety of options, we chose Warm Health because they were the most responsive to our specific needs and requirements. All things considered, Warm Health was the most practical and affordable solution for us. And, their level of service was better."
"Warm Health is a valuable communication mechanism. The feedback we receive through member health status assessments is very useful in helping us quickly identify member health issues, pair members with the appropriate doctor, and head off costly delays and complications. Members find the content very useful, and consider it an easy way to get in touch with a case manager. Our quick response cements the bond between case manager and member."
"Our goal is to provide excellent care to our members and also to encourage our members to actively participate in their own healthcare. We chose to work with Warm Health due to their focus on care management, their ability to engage a wide variety of members, and the flexibility their solution provides."
"Our member that never had a mammogram said thank you for lighting a fire under her. We've made the appointment, scheduled a past due appointment with her PCP, assisted her in finding an OB/GYN as she hadn't been screened in several years, and found her podiatrist's name and phone number. She appreciated that we cared enough to call."
"To date, we've already had 28 alerts on new pregnancies. We've been able to make quick contact with these pregnant members to ensure they are receiving prenatal care. If not, we've been able to assist them in getting their first appointment scheduled."
"It is clear to me that the Warm Health service can have a significant impact on how we get people engaged and how to keep them 'tuned in' to many of the things that will be important to their well being."
"Warm Health sent me an alert to contact one of our pregnant members. After talking with her for a few minutes, I determined she was possibly having pre-term labor but she 'didn't want to bother' her doctor as it was a Friday and the office was closed. We did a three-way call with a triage nurse at her OB office and advised the member to go to the hospital right away. I followed up with this member a few days later and she had told me that she could have lost her baby if we hadn't called."
"I followed up with a member that answered that she was having trouble making her prenatal checkups. Upon contacting her, we were able to schedule a prenatal care appointment within two days that provide early detection and treatment of some conditions that could have become severe."
From their members:
"Warm Health is such a wonderful addition to my day. Sometimes it's hard to get out of bed when you have so much pain. Every day, I get going with my spirituality program from Dick Rice."
"I know it's a recording, but it sounds like she's talking to me, personally. It's always wonderful to gain more knowledge."
"I look forward to my warm health call every day. Mary Beth is so nice and I appreciate the tips she gives me."
"It makes me feel good to have someone checking up on me. I'm very pleased."
"It gives me peace of mind that Mom has something interesting coming to her every day."
