Warm Health was established in 2005 in Minneapolis, Minnesota by healthcare and technology professionals to create a better way for health plans to communicate with their members.
We are a healthcare communications company focused on building relationships between health plans and their members, which improve health outcomes, increase revenues and decrease costs. We offer interactive management programs for chronic conditions, maternal health, and Star and HEDIS initiatives using IVR, text messaging and web/email.
Warm Health programs leverage a comprehensive library of healthcare communications to support Medicare, Medicaid and commercial health plan members.
